Take all 15% of the reduced flask charge usage on the tree and get a 125% dying sun (this makes charge cost 42) with as low of a less duration multiplier as you can find. I'm guessing you can desynchronize your 3 second flask gains with your flask usage and end up with 0-3 second gaps where your flask is down if you are unlucky enough.
